Me & my family's flight back to davao was delayed so I thought we won't be able to check in at the hotel as we arrived late but fortunately they still allowed us to check in even if we didn't make it at their last check in time at 10pm, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Red planet for the warm welcome.

It very basic but affordable price
There's also a swimming pool you can use
Breakfast is very good also
We have booked to stay there twice now and will be booking again
The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking

Dissapointing to say the least,place wise. The pictures in their website are old ones,must be taken when the hotel just starts to operate. And no way near the present condition of the building.
Placed is not up to my standard of cleanliness. Building is old, and I killed like 2 cockroaches during our stay. Cable was not working,wifi is very poor signal. No microwave and no fridge.
On the bright side,staff were nice and accomodating. And location is good. Lots of stores around.
Sorry not sorry,but not until they renovate and do something about above issues,most likely won't recommend this place.

Very very good hotel, the location is in a residential area, so it is a bit difficult to find, but Google can navigate past it. The rooms are large, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities for cooking, and the quilt is not as trendy as other hotels, it feels like home.

It was a great stay.Location is perfect for travellers who has an earlier flight.it is 5minutes away from the hotel. sorroundings are clean .you can find restaurants nearby.There is laundry store too.accessable if you want to go to the city center there are taxi and jeepneys outside .

Malinis ung hotel at room, ok din location nya malapit sa highway if sasakay ng bus no need to go to ecoland bus terminal kasi paglabas mo abang kana lang marami bus dumadaan papntang panabo or tagum, nagustuhan namen ung pag stay namen, magbobook uli ako for our coming trip this coming july..

I am not sure if the hot and cold showers are functioning properly on the lower floors, but for us who are on the 4th and 8th floors, there is no hot shower available. The showers need to be replaced, as only three holes are functioning. The shower area on the 4th floor is clogged and literally flooded outside the shower room.

GGuest UserIt is my 3rd. time going back in this hotel. My latest booking is last June 19, 2024 and I was surprised that it is newly renovated. The rooms are clean and neat. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has limited facilities but the price is so affordable. The location is convenient, near restaurants and coffee shops.

GGuest UserIf you accidentally choose the wrong hotel, it is best for girls to not go to a remote area. If it is a family, it is still good. There is a swimming pool, a small bar, the service is OK, the facilities are too old

MMsBeeWe had a great family stay here. There's ample space for walks with lovely sea views, and our room was clean and comfortable. Just a couple of minor issues: the internet was quite slow, and we noticed there was no comb provided in the bathroom.

AAnonymous UserThe place was amazing. Good for families. We booked a king size with the attached living area. It also comes with a mini kitchen and a washing area. The shower rooms is big and comes with a tab. Although the tv in the living has bad reception, there was another tv inside the bedroom to use. The service technician also came to check on the tv and also offered to change it with a new one.
There breakfast buffet meal was also nice and has a variety of cuisines to choose feom.

GGuest UserThe room has no windows and no refrigerator. The room is very small. The air conditioner phone faucet has some problems. I called someone to repair it. The air conditioner was not repaired and changed the room. But it's still clean. The service is also warm. Breakfast is a good one person, no choice, rice + one meat, anyway, the Chinese can't eat it, not with appetite
