Because my previous stay here was so wonderful, I chose this place again without hesitation for my visit to Samal Island this time. Almost all the staff were friendly, the environment was fantastic, the food was delicious, and it's a resort where my family could relax and have a great time. However, one shocking reality deeply hurt my feelings. A female front staff with glasses got irritated with me because I couldn't understand her fast-paced English, and she actually "tsk"-ed at me. This is an unacceptable attitude for a front desk staff member. There are many ways to communicate, such as writing points down in a memo. If you don't want guests who are not good at English conversation, you should state that in advance. Since I was visiting with my family, I avoided arguing on the spot, but I was deeply hurt by her consistently irritated attitude. I really like this facility, so I hope you will take measures to prevent both of us from having unpleasant experiences.
