Domicilio Lorenzo is a family owned business with just a few rooms (13) which is what we’re looking for. Although the location is farther from the airport (40 mins away) and about 15 mins from city center, the place made up for free breakfast, clean and spacious bathroom, swimming pool, free luggage storage, free wifi, free parking, Balcony or garden sitting for breakfast and wonderful staff. It’s near SM Mall and Bankerohan market where you buy inexpensive fruits in Davao. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I can see myself coming back to this place.

A really fabulous place to stay. Lots of good restaurants in the vicinity. Close to a major road, but set back a little in parklike gardens. Swimming pool is deep and cool and much appreciated. Very ckean, although you need to remind them about fresh towels and toilet paper.
