We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process.
While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay.
I would recommend this place.

Great location over looking people’s park nice place to sit and watch the world go by subject to rain of course. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging. Rooms dated bed (2 singles room ) poor, linen clean but mattress old and sheets didn’t fit the mattress Towels threadbare shower was cold Overall not the best experience and wouldn’t stay again

The only problem was they are using an old key for their doors, and its a struggle to open and remove.

The location and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is not bad, although there are few varieties. There are no toothbrushes. Due to the structure of the room, the window of my room faced the other rooms, so I couldn't open the curtains and spent 3 days in a dark room. Sometimes there is no hot water.
