Service was very good. Room is spacious and clean. Just need to improve on the quality of the amenities kit (soap, shampoo, etc)

The place was amazing. Good for families. We booked a king size with the attached living area. It also comes with a mini kitchen and a washing area. The shower rooms is big and comes with a tab. Although the tv in the living has bad reception, there was another tv inside the bedroom to use. The service technician also came to check on the tv and also offered to change it with a new one.
There breakfast buffet meal was also nice and has a variety of cuisines to choose feom.

The building was newer, and the rooms were very nice. The service was excellent and the pool and gym were also very nice. Definitely a nice place to stay if you looking to make the absolute most of your stay in Davao.

The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved.

Our four nights stay at this hotel was very satisfactory! The staff were courteous and very friendly. The pool is very nice itβs a shame we didnβt have the time for swimming. The restaurant is a bit pricey though. The breakfast buffet costs php 1,100/person. Our room was on the 10th floor so we have a good view of the city. I love their kitchen appliances and the washing machine/dryer are all top of the line.

Has good reputation but is clearly not up to scratch. Nice helpful check-in. Room had water damage to flooring and they tried to cover it with the fire extinguisher, flooring had large scratches all over it. Stingy room service, only one coffee capsule a day. No refill of tea or coffee. No bed cover for kid even through clearly mentioned in booking. The cafe has nice cakes though. Pool is ok, but people watching you swim whilst they eat. I do not recommend this hotel and will not come here again. I will go to Seda or Radisson next time. They harass you to buy real estate constantly too. Avoid
