The number they registered was cannot be reach. Walang Tao pagdating para sa accommodation. Hindi din sumasagot number ng owner na pinakiusapan lang namin na nakuha sa tenants doon. We waited almost an hour sa labas ng unit kahit umuulan kasi wala silang Tao na naka standby pra magtanggap ng guest.

Almost all of the facilities of Unit 7 are broken. Broken cabinets, broken flush, shower is not working, broken toilet bowl, broken door knob. We couldn't even lock the toilet. The door of the laundry area is nowhere to be found. Refrigerators are dirty and dusty. No wifi connection. There are cockroaches. It's budget friendly but the facilities are disappointing and dirty.

The apartment was good,close to malls restaurant as well,even transportation very close to the gate,rooms are spacious,AC is good,we enjoy our stay with my family for 5 days,we stay here again.when I get holiday in Davao City Philippines
