Worst booking ever had with hotel. Com First, we were not given a specific unit number, the security officer help us locate the host. When we checked in, couch id ripped, airconditioning unit so noisy, try to take a shower, but no hot water. When we used the toilet sink, its cluged up. Doumesn’t drain.

Great experience Randy went above and beyond to assist me. I ran into issue everyone got together to resolve I couldn’t ask for more.

I got scammed twice! This place is a scam. When i arrived at the property, the receptionist and the guards do not have any idea of my booking even if i showed them my transaction receipt. They were saying i should know the details like unit number, this was not in the booking reference and when i called the contact number of the property owner, it doesnt even work. I even reached out to customer service via chat and what's even worse is that they can't give me any assistance either. i talked to 4 reps and the last rep said i should book another hotel through them and they will process the refund. i have no choice or else i will sleep in the streets of Davao. I booked a different hotel and guess what? up to this date, they did not process my refund. I got scammed twice!

Sleeeeeeep The most comfortable bed in the philosophers!! Love this place. Nice views and nice neighborhood!!

Excellent place to stay in and get acclimated to the city of Davao and beyond. I had an excellent stay and hospitality was beyond superb. Would recommend to anyone I know.
