Couple, male friend, female friend 4 nights, one room, 3 nights, one room, 2 nights Male friend, 3 nights, Agoda reservation, When trying to check in (arrived early in the morning), they said there were no overbooked rooms (all 3 nights), so they had no choice but to take me to a rotten hotel nearby (by car) 5 minutes away, so I had to stay for one day - 2 days out of 3 days, canceled - Alona Beach, hurriedly booked rooms and stayed separately (The couple who were assigned rooms on the first day were already sleeping in the room, so they were assigned rooms again.. wasted an hour and a half in the morning) It looks like a 5-story building from the road, But it seems that only the lobby, breakfast restaurant, and 2nd floor pool and guest rooms are operated Rooms 3, 4, and 5 are unfinished and cannot be accommodated The building looks new, but the room interior is a bit shabby No ants, but there are small flies and mosquitoes The facilities and room condition are different from what is on the website. No slippers, towels, toilet paper, etc. not properly provided No shuttle to Alona Beach Tuk-tuk to Alona Beach for 10 minutes, 250 pesos (one way) paid out of pocket Around 6pm (it was dark) to Alona Beach - Tuk-tuk waiting at the hotel (the hotel security opened the tuk-tuk door and let me in) - I was alone as a woman (my group was going to Alona) and at the fork in the road, the tuk-tuk went into the mountain road instead of the main road - I was looking at Google Maps and yelled at me to make a U-turn and it was a messㅠ If it was my first time in Bohol, I would be nervous and trembling wondering what would have happened (I survived because it was my third time in Bohol and I knew the way) The next day, the number 68 tuk-tuk waiting at the hotel was creepy I booked a room with a road view, but the barking of dogs, goats, and chickens is a given! Road traffic, motorcycles, birds, bugs, people coming and going from the hotel, etc., so I can't sleep (it's okay between 2 and 4 in the morning) Not only is the hallway not soundproofed, but *the room with a pool view (no ocean view at all) is okay with outside noise The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good for the price, but I don't want to stay there again - even the tuk-tuk trauma This is the worst accommodation They play music until 10 p.m. on December 31st and it's so noisy that I can't rest. It's the worst of the worst

1. I tried to check in at 5pm and it took almost two hours. There is still no housekeeping system. You have to request room cleaning, amenity refill, towel change, etc. several times in the lobby. 2. It is absolutely inconvenient if you do not have transportation, whether it is a bike or a car. Recommended if you have your own childcare device. 3. I used a water filter, but it turned bright yellow. Water pressure is fine for Bohol Island, and the hot water boiler works well. 3. I booked 3 nights for around $60 and it was cost-effective. It is far from the coast, so that is a weakness. If it is offered for around $60, I would be willing to reuse it. 4. The breakfast buffet and swimming pool are just so-so. It is neither bad nor good. Breakfast is limited in quantity, but it is delicious. Since it is a new hotel, the facilities are clean, but the overall hotel system is not yet in place. (Stayed at the end of December 2024)
