Staff are unaccommodating and feels like they are trained to dismiss a lot of concerns. They are unwilling to accommodate our request for assistance due to a medical emergency and will run you around in circles until you just give up your concern. Every receptionist has a different answer to the same concern and they dont have a duty manager available that can help. They will repeatedly say they will provide you information via text or email but they never followed thru. The owner will use any technicality to avoid giving help, very inconsiderate and very unaccommodating. Will never consider this hotel again

Lack of guests relations for this resort and needs a lot of improvement. It seems the owner micromanaged everything, you could sense that employee was so tense when you are requesting even an extra bottle water. So sad, it’s a beautiful manicured landscape and spacious rooms. It needs a lot of renovation from a broken chair from the pool, to the very dirty, moldy table on the garden. No free breakfast like other resorts in the area, no complimentary water or at least coffee in the main lobby. Receptionist and waitress sounds stuck up when you request something. Thanks to the housekeeping guys who was helpful makes our stay a little bit comfortable.

One night, hardly more, except for the divers who crowd from dawn onto a boat moored behind the hotel. The entrance through a garage door, as recommended by the doorman, should have alerted us. Here, everything is old-fashioned luxury. From the creaking bedroom door, the furniture is scratched, the worn inlaid wooden floor, to the patched-up pool tiles, everything smells of old 80s junk. The only good thing is the cuisine, which is slightly more elaborate than in other establishments visited. As for the price, and for one person in the room, 7,000 pesos per night (around €125) without breakfast!! That's a steep price for a country that boasts low prices.
