I paid 45 euros, and it not worth it at all)) that smell… all day, all night non stop) even if you close bathroom door and open the window, its not gonna help you)) its really bad… furniture is old and used pretty hard, there is no kettle, no mini bar, no fridge….thinest blankets i have ever seen in my life…) Breakfast is so-so, just basic, with strange coffee machine, which will poor huge amount of foam in your cup) honestly-avoid this place!

It seems to be the biggest hotel in town with an excellent location in the middle of everything. Comfortable rooms and renovated bathrooms. But why do they spoil the experience with sublevel breakfast and sour staff in the breakfast room? I will definitely book another hotel next time.

As someone who grew up in Daugavpils I was always admiring this hotel, until I stayed there! Came to visit my hometown and decided to stay there with my family, well that was a mistake. Reception staff were very nice and friendly, but the rest of the stay was horrible. On the first night staff had a party so the music was very loud which is okay. But not after 22:00. At 01:40 I phoned the reception to ask what is going on because none of us could sleep including the child, her reply was “the music will stop at 2am”. Like really?! Next evening we booked a table for 8 in the restaurant, but we were unlucky again as there was some function at the same time and staff were focused on that. 20 min after we sat, we still didn’t get menus, I had to go and ask. Then they said they had the wine we ordered, but came back saying they actually don’t. For three times. Next, they brought our starter courses together with the main for myself and I sent the main course back. Others got starter courses after their mains. My husband on the other side, didn’t get his main course until everyone at our table had already finished the food, which was two hours after we sat at the table. Next day there was a dog show and there was a lot of people with the dogs, and although most of the dogs were fine, some were left in the room on their own (or maybe the owners were there) and were barking for hours. Needless to say that the noise cancellation is very poor so everything was heard inside our room. On top of everything, there was loud music and cars outside the hotel drifting EVERY evening. Never ever staying there again and wouldn’t advice anyone.

very dirty and horrible hotel i have ever stay.before booking phone and ask if they have a single beds n the room.after booking remind the staff about single beds in our room,stafff promisse me what everything will be ok.after arriving we have a DOUBLE bed!!!!in the promotion say its a sity view room with a kettle.at the end we have nothing and roof view room.carpets all with stains,rubbish on the table from previos guests,some lipstick on my pillow.its meen nobody change the beds.room was rosting like an oven,and window was looked.now about the breackfast.food was cold,insteed a bacon was some sort a meet what was left after dinner maybe.but staff was friendly. after traveling for so many days we need rest so not going and arguing with staff,but defo we never coming back to this hotel.

The security guard argues with guests and trying to kick them out from the lobby without reason. Everything is closed at 11 pm. The view from the room is pretty much closed by a wall. They don’t pay attention to guests’ needs at all. Avoid this place
