Saat masuk kamar, tdk tersedia kursi. Meminta untuk disediakan kursi, sajadah dan sandal hotel. Memerlukan waktu hampir 1 jam untuk memenuhi permintaan tsb. Hari kedua, ditlp respsionis apakah kamar dibersihkan, karena kami msh di kamar saat pembersihan kamar lain. Disampaikan cukup ganti handuk, tambahkan kopi & gula, serta bersihkan tong sampah saja. Ternyata hingga sore tidak ada petugas yg dtg. Saat keluar sore, disampaikan lg permintaan ke resepsionis, baru dilakukan permintaan tsb.

Its my second time here, and its never be disapointed experince, Shaza at Front desk very helpfull, sinta the sales manager also very fast respond. I ordered extra hot chiken soup (because i felt a bit cold and sore throat) and they accomodated amazingly couldn’t , let see what another will i experince.😍 maybe if you guys could give a digital map, send to whatsapp that would be amazing, a bit lost when i find my room. Hehehe

First experience staying here. The service is good, but it's still not paid enough attention because the lobby is often empty of people. So if we need anything, we are confused about finding the guard. The swimming pool has a lot of chlorine and is rarely drained. In terms of cleanliness, it's okay. The location is a bit far from the city center, so the atmosphere feels very calm... Oh yes, one more thing, I have a hard time finding a trash can, so I have difficulty throwing out the trash. . That's the review, hopefully in the future management can improve in a better direction.
