首先，公寓酒店定位的是公寓式，就是單身公寓或者小區改的，認準自己需求的來，1樓是服裝的加工作坊，2樓、3樓應該是這家作坊的倉庫、辦公室或者還是作坊，我住的時候沒有嘈雜的機器聲音和刺鼻氣味；4、5層是酒店（衹有5層），離縣政府2公里不到，不遠也不近，地段在鬧區再過去百把米，比較安靜，樓下店面以建材店和大排檔為主；樓下十來個停車位，免費，附近也有其他停車場（應該是小區的）。其次，新裝修的酒店，這個從評論人數可以知道，從電梯廳進去到電梯到電梯出來到房間，一切都很新，裝修中規中矩，房間簡約風格，各設備新買的，東西買的還可以，用的還不錯，自己看圖片，衞生還是不錯的，到處還是比較乾淨的。另外，酒店在電梯廳放了一包口罩，不管是不是無心之舉，個人覺得温馨，細節決定成敗；個人認為這個酒店算是經濟型酒店，物美價廉。最後給酒店提2點建議，1衞生間要乾濕分離，我住的那間淋浴有單獨的區域，不過沒有做隔斷，水流不出來，但是濺的到處都是；2房間沒有地方掛衣服，你如果不想做衣櫃（房間沒有），可以放一個掛衣架，夏天還好，冬天大衣什麼的就衹能丟沙發上了。其他沒有提到的大家按公寓式酒店和相關價格定位自行想象，對於之前評論提到的100按金問題，這個是酒店通過“**”收的按金，原路返回，我差不多3分組就收到了
