交通方便，門口就有鳳翔新天地公交站。周圍也有很多吃的可以挑選。靠近城二小，進修學校，特校。房間也很大，該有的硬件設施也都有。有自己的停車場，住宿停車免費。還有一個可以用的小冰箱，冷藏冷凍都有，對於我們這種才出門還要帶中葯包的就很友好，很加分了。前台熱情，有問必答。整個住宿體驗很好。

已經住了三天，第二天出門，阿姨打掃衞生，床單沒有換，現在剛剛諮詢前台，可不可以讓阿姨幫我安排先換下床單，我聲明下午要睡覺，不變通，非説先把退的打掃完，瞬間覺得，入住感極差，換個床單多久的時間，感覺前台説話語氣有點差，服務態度一般般，房間環境覺得還可以，但是沖這前台，下次不會再來住了
