Ikos Dassia

Service absolutely outstanding from the moment you arrive to even after you’ve left. Food superb throughout and amazing facilities including at least eight swimming pools. All staff brilliant. Our personal concierge, Juliana, was out of this world and helped us arrange meals, boat trips, Tesla for the day, transfer back to the airport etc

There are many delicious restaurants to choose from and the facilities are fantastic. There are countless pools, a spacious gym, and many sports on offer, including water skiing, tennis , table tennis, football, basketball and beach volleyball. There are great tennis coaches and gym instructors. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by Napoleon, Achilles, Phoebus,(from the sports centre), Theodoros, Johana,(from the restaurants) and Eleni(from the reception). We recommend Ikos Dassia highly.

We had an amazing week at Ikos Dassia, more than we anticipated. Everything is perfect. Spotlessly clean and every detail thought of. All the restaurants we ate in were excellent but the Flavours buffet was the best buffet we had ever been to in an all inclusive hotel, excellent array of foods, gorgeous desserts and overall 10/10. We had a great day out in the Tesla, took the free bus to Corfu town, did the wine tasting, very enjoyable and dined in 5 of the a la carte restaurants, 2 at lunch time. But please don’t forget the buffet ! We didn’t go to the sports area and would do another time. The actual communal spaces were beautiful, so luxurious but the crowning glory of this beautiful complex is the staff. They were all so attentive, nothing too much trouble, ready to be helpful in any way they could. There are some I would like to mention, Konstantinos who took charge of a problem we had and made our stay so much better Fortis in Flavours. Efficient, attentive and very pleasant. Also Eirini in the Grill House, Sam in Anaya, Demisa on reception in Sky. Also a young blond lady waitressing on the Sky lounge in the evening. Nikos at the Sky pool for his excellent English and last but certainly not least, Said at the Sky pool who was there in a flash with towels , kept the loungers in precision lines. We could not find one fault and. Certainly would recommend and hopefully return

We have just arrived back in Ireland from an amazing hotel in Ikos Dassia , from the moment we were picked up at the airport to our departure everything was perfect .The staff in this hotel are the very best that I have ever experienced ( and I travel a lot) they were so warm , friendly and really made you feel so special. Before we left we got to view the room that we will book for next year …the concierge team are so efficient, nothing was too much to ask. Mary

I cannot say enough about this hotel .From the moment we got picked up at the airport to the moment we got dropped off . The surroundings, the food and most of all the staff are exceptional. They go over and beyond to make everything perfect . The food is amazing in every restaurant. The service at the pools ,the beach ,the restaurants and the concierge is fantastic ..it's what's makes the stay so special . The room cleaning service is exceptional . Everything is thought of . The perfect way to switch off and be spoilt. We will definitely be back . Thankyou to each and everyone one of you for making our holiday perfect

We have stayed at the Ikos Oceana, Aria, Olivia and Dassia many times over the years. We, therefore, were so excited about returning to Ikos Dassia. We were not disappointed from the moment we arrived until we left a week later. Here is our overview on our recent trip: 2 adults (50s) Food: We went to all of the ala carte restaurants for most of our meals. The Grillhouse has been upgraded this year and is outstanding. Make sure you try the mac and cheese. We visited the Asian (Anaya) restaurant twice because we enjoyed the views and the food was our favourite. Fresco was always a consistent choice with top service from Dionysis and Maria. Don't be afraid to ask for wine advise from any of the staff or Anastasios the sommelier. Flavours was the big surprise of the trip. Having not eaten buffets at Ikos for awhile, we went for dinner on our last evening before catching our late flight home. The choice and standard of the food was brilliant and Thomas (executive chef) has done an amazing job as well as all his staff. Service: Big shout out to Melina at the Sea Bar. Also a big smile waiting from her when we arrived for our cocktails at 7pm each evening. So many other fantastic staff to mention as well including Vasilias and Helen at Kerkerya, George who recognised us from our past visits to Ikos Oliva, and Vasilias at Anaya. Room: As always with Ikos the room was clean, with fluffy white towels and a view to die for. Anna Semonin toiletries were a big bonus as was the well stocked mini bar. The evening turn down service was an added bonus. While you are there don't forget to book the sunset cruise, wine tasting and complimentary Tesla for the day. These are all included and should not be missed. A complimentary mini bus will also take you to Corfu town for the day. It is a great way to spend a day shopping, going to several museums or just walking around and having a coffee. Liza (room divisions manager) was the star of our trip. We realised early in the week we didn't really want to go so extended our stay by 3 days. Liza was able to squeeze us in and found us another fantastic room for the additional days. When booking, we had various questions about the room/dining/excursions and she always answered our emails promptly and professionally. She was there to greet us when we arrived and ensured we were happy with everything! It is people like Liza who make it feel like we are coming home every time we visit an Ikos hotel. See everyone in September!

Great customer centric brand. Fantastic resort, loved the layout and the gardens even though I was hay feverish all week. Superb choice of bars and restaurants, successfully managed to avoid the buffet at all times! Lovely beach and numerous pools to choose from. Plenty of activities to opt in or out of. Phenomenal staff who really care that your experience is 5*. Beautiful room - panoramic sea view suite, #1528. Tesla, sunset cruise and wine tasting all nice touches. Minor issues with drinks in the room, efficiently resolved by Karin and others. As always, we booked / travelled with Jet2 out of Manchester - great flight times for us and love the Indulgent Escapes extras. So that’s Oceania and Dassia visited in the past 12 months, next Ikos experience is Olivia in July. 🇬🇷🌞🇬🇷

Ikos Dassia is literally perfect! We had our first holiday as a family of four here and the staff/facilities/food & drink were absolutely exceptional. We travelled with our two year old and 6 month old and we were so impressed with everything. All the staff were amazing with the kids and it meant we had the most relaxing time possible. This was 7th trip to an Ikos and our first time deluxe - we think this was the best! There wasn’t anything I could fault - it was perfect. All of the staff were excellent from the general manager Timo, Aleccia the concierge, through to Nixos at the Sky pool bar. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and they were all fantastic. Thank you so much to Ikos Dassia and the team for a wonderful family holiday.

Our second Ikos experience and unfortunately not good enough to encourage us to book again. Staff did their best to make amends but some of the restaurants were serving food which was an example of style over substance. An early season example of not quite achieving the standards we had hoped for.
