Star Hotel Dashiqiao

This is my first time staying at this hotel in Dashiqiao. It feels great. The hotel is new and the waiters are very warm. My sleep quality is not good. I didn't sleep well when I came here on business trips before. This is my first experience at this hotel. The bed is really good and very comfortable to sleep on. The pillow is also very rare for someone who is very particular about his bed. When I left, I scolded the lady at the front desk and asked her to sell me a pillow because the mattress could not be moved, otherwise the mattress would have been moved away as well [snickering].

The room is very spacious and the overall facilities are very new. Local friends also said that Xingji is the best in Dashiqiao. The breakfast is delicious. If you have the chance to eat the spicy fried cauliflower, you must try it. All the supporting facilities are very comprehensive. There is also a place to drink tea in the lobby. The beautiful lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. If the platform can't call a car, she will help you go out and hail a taxi. As far as the local area is concerned, it can be given full marks!

The service attitude is poor, so I give a negative review. I stayed for three nights in total. On the first night, I checked in normally, but on the second night, I was asked for a deposit of 500 yuan for no reason. It depends on the mood of the waiter whether you charge a deposit or not? The second point is that since the check-in guest's mobile phone was out of battery in the morning, I couldn't contact him, so I just called the front desk and asked the waiter to help contact him and let him call me back. The first time the waiter told me, "If you can't get in touch, then I can't get in touch either." How can I lose someone who lives in your house? Is it inconvenient to reveal the room number or even contact the internal landline? Later, I asked to check, but there was no news for half an hour. I called again and was told that there was no such person! Didn’t I know someone was staying at your house when I booked the hotel? Is it necessary to tell this lie? Do you think everything is a movie plot? In the end, I reluctantly called the resident and told him, "Someone is looking for you, and I told them that they found no such person." What a smart and arrogant person.

The room is clean, tidy and spacious. The staff is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is very characteristic of my hometown in Northeast China. My children like this hotel very much. I will stay in this hotel every time I go back to my hometown during the holidays. I look forward to coming again next time!
