The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful, always responding to our requests. We stayed in a two-story house, and the second floor was very hot. The manager helped adjust the air conditioning several times. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The housekeeping staff lent us laundry detergent. Whenever we had a request, they promptly assisted us. The next day, we switched to a family room, and the staff seamlessly transitioned us to the new room without having to wait until 2 PM, providing us with great convenience. Thank you all.

以前沒在攜程刷到過他家，端午刷到一看新裝修的，還是海水温泉就定了兩間房，商務温泉房沒問題，設施什麼的都很好。庭院房真超乎我想象了，屋裡小的洗漱池跟榻榻米僅有不到兩米距離。卧室跟泡池（衞生間）僅隔一道玻璃拉門，花灑設計的一洗澡根本不下水，全流到卧室，地面也很滑。庭院就更完了，衝著攜程圖片定的，實際如圖2。這差距是一點點嗎？因為帶着孩子不想跟酒店理論這些，反正一宿就湊合了，價錢也不貴。不過一碼歸一碼，所有服務人員的服務態度和專業性都很好，温泉也很好。希望對這房間改造一下，貴點都無所謂，都沒差多錢，至少住的心裏舒服。
