no hot water
i was there for an hour and left. Hot water for 3 minutes and using hot tub was useless. That was the whole teason i rented there. Will be getting a refund.

The first room they sent us too had not been cleaned, there were no sheets, trash everywhere. The front desk attendant was sweet and helpful in finding us a clean room right away though. In the morning someone else came to the door and almost walked right in as I guess they had assigned the room to someone else as well.

People next to my room played their music very loud. Their children played right outside my door and they were not quiet at all. One child placed rocks inside my tire near my brakes. Parents stood right there and did very little.

I had a really great stay at Capri Motel. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout. The room was clean, the environment felt safe, and everything worked just as expected. I appreciated how quiet it was at night and how easy it was to get settled in. Definitely a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Do not stay here. We had a room with a king size bed and only two pillows. Also only one wash cloth for the two of us. Staff was rude and put out because we asked for pillows and towels. The place had a drug den vibe. We were fearful of something happening to our car or items left in our room. We will never stay here again. Would not refund our money so we could stay somewhere else. This should be removed from *******.

“Clean and well-maintained!”
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bathroom was sanitized, and the linens were fresh. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously. I also liked that it felt secure and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay again.

The place was not terrible, I just wish we had better amenities.There's no batteries in the remote for the TV and the room was a bit dirty.Upon arrival there was no garbage to put our garbage in. Another guest staying a couple doors down was constantly in his window staring out into the empty parking lot that only had our car making us uncomfortable throughout the stay.

There was no one available at check-in and no one answered the call for service. I had to leave a voicemail. It worked out thought because the place looked dirty and unkept, so I felt safer elsewhere as well. I stayed at another location, but have yet to hear back from management for a refund.
