We had the privilege of being the first staying guests with the new owners and WOW!! The room was super clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space. The service was fantastic and super friendly, even friendlier with our little pooch. The pub was lovely with locals and holiday makers all chatting and singing together, a real family friendly, wholesome atmosphere. 100% will be coming back again!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful weekend Penny and Mike! You’re doing an amazing job keep the good vibes flowing!!

Don't be put off by where it is! Whilst situated in one of the less salubrious parts of Dartmouth (near the market square) I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room. Very clean quite large room, comfortable bed, powerful shower. Very friendly hosts. Where there was an issue with our TV we were moved to another room immediately. Breakfast was excellent! Well cooked and quality ingredients. This was very good value for money. The hosts are obviously working hard to build the business and from our experience it's going in the right direction with the rooms.

We were hungry. We were late in the morning looking for Sunday lunch, phoning around not getting any luck we'd about given up heading back to our self catering suddenly arriving at the entrance door to the Arms, Mike instantly made us welcome, sat us down while he investigated availability, we were so lucky and thoroughly enjoyed the last 2 portions of roast beef that were available. The whole experience a godsend. Thank you Penny and Mike. You saved us.

The warmest-of-Welcomes awaits you at this traditional public-house. All the better for being just that. We're all done-in with themed pubs. Mike and Penny very recently acquired the licence and have the unenviable task of turning this pub around and re-establishing the Seale Arms as a viable business and deserving of your patronage. Please show your support by calling-in and allow them to serve you. Families welcome. Usual pub tucker menu is offered and breakfast too. Prices are reasonable. They even offer accommodation. Sports TV. Live entertainment. And the best pint of Guinness in the South West. Wishing you both all Good Luck and the promise to visit again. Thank you. Ian & Lynda.

What a find! This B&B is so central, the rooms are really light clean and spacious, huge breakfast cooked to order and Penny and Mike couldn’t do enough for us on this trip! We got there early but were given an early check on without having to ask… the bed was huge and super comfy. Despite it being probably the busiest weekend of the year due to the music festival nothing was too much trouble for Mike and Penny, it was like a home from home we will definitely be back next year!

Nice family run pub, roast dinners were very good, lovely lamb vegetables well cooked and more than enough portion wise. Very good value too, service is brilliant and makes you feel like youve walked into the place as if you were a local, worth a visit

Booked last October. Arrived for a 3 night stay for Dart Fest on May 17th. The pub had been reopened with a temp manager for one week having been closed since February, the previous manager having done a flit and stripping out all the facilities. Therefore, Our booking no longer existed. Spent hours on phone to ******* who were unable to provide alternative accommodation and we resorted to camping in with friends at their apartment. Other booked guests turned up and were in a similar situation.

Beautiful pub with friendly staff, a comfortable atmosphere. Prices were the cheapest we found in the area. Pool table & good music. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area on holiday or business. I understand they do accommodation too.

This is a local pub with loud music and no breakfast or meals available- just be aware it it is literally a pub- and not a pub we would drink in. The room was big and clean, no shampoo or body wash in the shower. We thought it was very expensive given there are no facilities and pub certainly isn’t for visitors to Dartmouth wanting a pleasant evening in a pub with good food. We stayed Ina better place I Plymouth last week for half the price. Very friendly staff. No parking
