We had a fantastic stay at the Two Bridges Hotel in Dartmoor. The location is perfect for exploring the moors, with great road links to Castle Drogo and Lydford Gorge. Our room was clean, tidy, and the bed very comfortable. Service from all staff was impeccable – warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the signature menu, which was delicious. The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. It was an ideal base for walks and exploring the surrounding area, combining comfort, great locally sourced food, and excellent hospitality. We look forward to visiting again!

Popped in after writing the day off due to the downpour over Dartmoor. Pleasantly surprised. Pinched some seats next to the fire place and ordered some afternoon tea. Scones were warm and soft and the cream was delicious, would highly recommend. Cream tea choices were traditional, gluten free and vegan. GF hit the spot. Very comfortable seating scattered about. Outdoor space also looked peaceful with lovely scenery but too wet on the day to enjoy properly. Definitely worth a visit if in Dartmoor.

The food very poor lukewarm soup hard chips with steak and at £30 for steak and chips not worth the money. Breakfast part of B&B very poor full English had to ask for the bacon which had been forgotten and ask for the toast. Bacon came out cold, sausages lukewarm and hash browns rock hard. Very poor and at £170 a night i would of got a better breakfast at Morrisons. I don't mind paying for quality and the room was very nice but don't eat here from a ex Cpl Raf Chef i would be embarrassed if i had served this to a customer. This did ruin a 1 night getaway with good food will not recommend or return.

We had a one night stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. Nothing could have been better. Glorious location and a wonderful traditional hotel with lovely rooms. Exceptional food and very professional service. Can't wait for next year..

The hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Dartmoor where the friendliness of the staff and the facilities are superb as is the food and drink on offer. It was a huge delight to celebrate our 55th Wedding Anniversary at this venue and enjoy the ambience and setting.

A beautiful place to stay. The staff were amazing; so helpful, well mannered, and welcoming. The whole weekend was very enjoyable. The food was great, the drinks were plentiful (if a little pricey), and the team at Two Bridges made the weekend run smoothly.

We have been going to this hotel for twenty-five years, ever since our silver wedding. We also go for other occasions and have persuaded family members and friends to come, and they have loved it. The superb food, I love the chef’s playfulness as well as skill, the quirky old photos plus the surroundings of Dartmoor. A day on the moors followed by a long soak in the bath, a clean shirt and one of their dinners. Just makes us both very happy.

We only came for some food as we had been out since 9 and 6hrs later we were pretty hungry!! The afternoon tea we had very delicious. Just enough to fill a hole before carrying on back home to our cottage we had rented. The coffee & tea was very good! Service was perfect. Will be coming again when we come back to Dorset / Devon.
