They had cancelled our booking because we went a little bit late to check in but they fixed the issue after complained. Not nice to hear this though. Otherwise a basic room but would say OK for the price.

Staff are friendly and helpful, however booking was overlooked and I didn't get a room to accommodate the people in the booking. Room is standard/ basic, no fan or aircon, Mattress is average. Good WiFi. For the price charged specifically for that night at £58, not value for money. Location is ok, close to motorways.

Generally it was a lovely experience. The hotel is clean, the staff were friendly and it was situated in a nice location. I will surely come back again in future.

One of the worst hotels ever. I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. I traveled and stay in more than 100 hotels but this one is the worst. The rooms were bad, no cleaning, there were spiders in the room, and sever bad smell. Strongly not recommended.
