Very pleasant clean hotel well located right next to the railway station. It’s as you would expect for Holiday Inn. The room which we asked for my top story was modern fresh, lovely linen and a lovely big bathroom. We couldn’t get the TV to work one morning morning, we were checking out so I didn’t bother. Housekeeping came every day and the toiletries in the bathroom was dove and it was lovely a real nice touch. Head disabled parking which is what I needed close to the entrance door. The service from the desk at reception was very efficient. The breakfast was a good selection, although there are no cooked breakfast available.

This is a new hotel, in very good condition. We had booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children and the receptionist allocated us Room 302 which was small and had only a double bed and a sofa which could be converted into a single bed for one child. We returned to reception to raise the problem and were told that we should make up the bed ourselves! We've never experienced such a poor attitude in a Premier Inn before that and this ignored the fact that there wasn't a fourth bed for our other child. They agreed to move us to another room suitable for 4 if we hadn't ”used anything in the room” as then they could rent it out again, as if it would be our fault if we had. Despite the Premier Inn website promoting vegan food at breakfast, we found that the only hot food for vegetarians was beans and egg, and for vegans only beans! On asking about vegan options the member of staff advised that no hot vegan breakfast was available at this location! They do provide vegan cereal and oat milk but overall they don't seem to have much interest in providing vegetarian/vegan options and we wouldn't book breakfast here again for this reason. We also received no room service, the beds weren't made for us during our stay, the tea and coffee wasn't topped up, the bin wasn't emptied and towels weren't changed. Overall, although the hotel is attractive and in good condition we were disappointed that the service here fell well short of the level that you'd normally receive in a UK Premier Inn.

2nd time visiting booked for 5 days contacted hotel to ask if they could recommend someone who could do a valentines set up and the manager said he would be happy to do it I would highly recommend the apartments

Neat, clean, modern hotel. Cash free. The rooms were comfortable for the most part, with plenty of power points and a large LED TV, however the room lacked a fridge. This wouldn't normally bother me, but I was staying 12 days. The bathrooms are the typical plastic ones found in cheaper hotels. Be aware that the entrance to the parking is extremely tight. They say 2m wide however it is actually only about 1.8m at the entrance boom gate. To fit I needed to retract the mirrors on the vehicle. The hotel is cashless, but frustratingly the vending machine in the lobby only takes cash - and the staff can't provide change. A solid 3 star hotel

The best hotel is guaranteed for business, as all Darmstadt-relevant companies are right around the corner. Too far from the center for tourists. But: a great hotel with a fantastic concept. Everything looks newly renovated, and with love. Staff very helpful - 24/7. Super clean... We felt very comfortable. Breakfast service was also very good.

Ich war in der Nähe in einem Hotel untergebracht. Dieses Hotel hat mir den Rosengarten zum Abendessen empfohlen. Zu Fuß konnte ich das Restaurant ein paar Minuten erreichen. Von außen ist es eher unscheinbar. Nachdem ich die Speisekarte geprüft habe, bin ich dann zum Essen dortgeblieben. es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich gleich an zwei Abenden aufeinander dort war. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Das Restaurant und die von mir sehen Räume waren sehr sauber. Das Essen war überdurchschnittlich gut unbedingt hingehen
