Never choose this Hotel. I confirmed their booking of 2 room for 3 days for 24000/- in pick season with a down payment of Rs. 8000/-. But on the morning of arrival they shifted my booking to another Hotel. This is completely unprofessional. Not recommended at all....

Gooroomgo.com one of fraud company operated from Bihar. All the details showed by them are false. Once we book the hotels through goroomgo website Hotel denied the booking, so we asked for cancel the booking 10 days before the check-in date. After dialing more than 100+ times and 50 days they refund the money after deducting 20% of booking fee. So Never book hotels through goroomgo website. It will break your trust of online hotel booking experience.

Agoda cheated me in this booking, I have paid full money for the stay in Goroomgo Broadway Mall Road Hotel, but on 26/12/2021 I reached the hotel, the hotel denied to provide any room for the said booking, an agent of Agoda called me and asked for stay in an another hotel which is not booked by me, I have to pay another 2700/- for staying the hotel, where there was no basic amenities, it was a under construction hotel far away from mall
