Excellent location, well decorated neat & clean rooms with all modern amenities made our stay a memorable one. I would like to categorically mention here the behavior of front desk officials & all service staffs are simply superb.. to say the least. They are always there to serve you with a smile on their face. Besides they serve good food at a reasonable price. Overall a good property for your stay.

Nice property, nice location, courteous staff, good food, value for money. Only issue is parking and no lift but that is the case with almost all properties of darjeeling

Location of the hotel is near to mall road which is famous market in darjeling. No mountain view. Value for money is not worthy. Staff are not cordial not helping front office is bogus. Food are ok looking in to property it is charging high. Poor service. Rooms are congested so small

Hotel is in extreme good position very near to meal road, hotel extremely neat & clean, service very fast. Only reason i did not give 5 star for delux room it is extremely small even bed size. 2 people can sleep comfortably. But at the same time room is well decorated & bathroom is quite good. Another thing no view available for this room or may be entire hotel. Overall i am satisfied.

The property is excellent. The location is very good, near the mall road. Prefer top floor room, you can see the himalaya. Food quality is very good. All the staff are very cooperative specially mr. Bara. Over all experience is very good,

Had a very pleasant stay in darjeeling thanks to hsb and it's support staff. Things i appreciate:
1. Reception was prompt on giving me the room which i wanted ( got a lovely mountain facing room )
2. The third bed came with a thermal blanket which was much needed
3. Bengali food in general was very nice.

charged extra room tarrif. I was so disappointed. Hotel is ok -average. At-least they cooperated and gave me a better room. So no complaints with the hotel.

Property location is awesome 2 mins from mall road, food is good some items are average, but the staffs are really cooperative. As we have visited 1st time family trip. Awesome services from hotel sonar bangla.
