All staff from (Tea Pot, Front office,Housekeeping and kitchen) Took utmost care of us. Started with warm welcome from the reception then the dining at tea pot was a delightful experience. The housekeeping team does an excellent job keeping the entire property impeccably clean. The property is adorned with lush trees, tea plants, vibrant greenery, and beautiful flowers, creating a serene atmosphere that invites you to return again and again.

Amazing resort in every which way imaginable. Arguably one of the best designed property in the country with highly tasteful decor. Motivated staff eager to please. Delectable buffet’s and superb service. Sunil da who serves guests in the Tea Pot and Bay leaf restaurants epitomises this resorts mantra of ensuring guests leave fully satisfied and with a smile on their face. Well done Mayfair resort!

It was a memorable and stunning stay with MAYFAIR SILIGURI. The ambience,interiors ,aroma,food especially breakfast with 100+ options everything was quintessential. The staff hospitality specially DOLMA and Jyoti was very nice. She was cooperating in handling our toddler in very efficient manner. She is highly professional took care of our every small needs.

I visited this property for an event. Chef Sabyasachi and his super talented team deserves every possible mention when ever one would talk about this beautiful property. What amazingly super talented team. Lovely food quality, amazing spread. And ofcourse the resort itself is beautiful. Let's go vocal for local. A must must visit.
