Had a comfortable stay at Barsana Hotel & Resort,Siliguri.Airport is at a distance of only 20 mts.Food was delicious and the staffs extremely friendly.Also had a relaxing Abhayanga massage at Amod spa of the hotel.Recommend everyone for an extremely comfortable stay at Siliguri.

Having stayed in quite a few hotels in Siliguri, we tend to compare the stay, and the stay in Barsana was just OK. When we entered the hotel there was no one to guide on where to park the car, nor anyone came to receive the guest. They came after a while when we were confused, the guards were like non existence, just kept staring. The check-in was smooth, had to wait for a while though. The rooms were decent with required amenities, there was a nice balcony, if a chair or two was kept there it would be nice to sit outside. The swimming pool was decent, no complaints on that. But food was not as expected. We ordered dinner in our room, it was like just average, the mix vegetables we could eat, it was so spicy. The breakfast was also very average compared to the similar hotels, more Indian option then continental. Overall, it was an OK stay. Staff's were helpful. But yet the cake that we ordered for my father's birthday was very delicious.!

Room was good but the hotel staff denied the late check out , which was already included in my package, we were not accepting this type of behavior from the reputed hotel. thank you

The location was very easy to reach and room quality is top notch, luxurious stay indeed. We picked this hotel randomly since we did a road trip to north Bengal fron kolkata but this hotel really impressed us. Nice pool and food as well.
