This was one of the most beautiful stay. Mr Dorjey T Bhutia hosted us and it was a very wonderful experience. The staff were very cordial and they paid attention to every minute requests. They provided complementary food for my 2 years old daughter. The property is very beautifully located with valley view rooms and evn Kanchenjunga range was peeking in the corner.

The property is located right next to Darjeeling Mall. It’s a neat and clean resort with their very own restaurant and a lawn area facing the valley. We stayed in a lawn view cottage room. The facilities were sufficient and clean. The staff were warm and polite. Mr Dorjey T Bhutia was warm and welcoming. The restaurant even though pure veg served delicious food.

I have great experience in Udaan Nirvana hotel as always. Hotel ambience is superb. Food is tasty. All staffs are very courteous especially Mr. Dorjey T Bhutia. I will highly recommend to stay in Udaan Nirvana while anyone visit Darjeeling.

Great Hospitality by entire Udaan Nirvana staff. The location might not be exactly what you prefer but the entire experience of staying here compensates for that. Dorjey T Bhutia and his team helped us ***** all the way. Excellent vegetarian food and prompt attendance to every demand makes this hotel one of our best stays in Darjeeling. We will definitely think of Udaan Nirvana whenever we go back to Darjeeling.

Welcomed with happy faces. The pick up and drop facility of baggage was really helpful. We had breakfast twice, the buffet was great. Service by Dorjeh T Bhutia was also good. If they could provide room heater free of cost that would be amazing, currently chargeable basis.

Very good service, it was a amazing experience with Nirvana Group. Thank you nirvana for the wonderfull welcome. Staff were too helpful, food was good but 1 request, cost of a tawa roti 50/- Its too much, where you give types of nan @70/-. Otherwise all are good

Udaan Nirvana Resort - A perfect stay for the holidays in Darjeeling. The resort is located at the prime location of Darjeeling wherein most the things are easily accessible. Beautiful and clean room with a very beautiful view especially of the sun rise. Also the food, was very delicious. I would like to specially mention a special Thank you to Mr. Dorej and each and every staff of the resort for their warmth ,hospitality, concern and courtesy. Thank you for checking on us not just before we could reaching the resort but also after we had reached our home. First impression is the last impression - I must say this phase truly definitely Udaan Nirvana Resort.

A very serene, beautiful property in an unexpected busy locality. Clean n tidy. View is awesome. Staffs are very professional and helpful. Rooms are 90% perfect. An in-house veg restaurant but couldn't try the food. Should be good I hope. Mall road is 2 mints walk. Only problem is the entry towards the property. It's very broken. No street lights. Passing after sunset is a risky and tough job. Recommended to use your own flash lights. Specially for ladies and elders. Caution: though hotel help is there to carry your luggages but no vehicle is allowed towards the closest vicinity of the hotel.
