Recently, I visited this farmstay with my friends. It is located around 14 km away from Darjeeling city in the lap of nature. It is just the perfect place for those who love to stay in peace and just want to relax in nature. The owner, Mr. Nabin, is an absolute gentleman with huge knowledge of tea and farming. As a tea lover, it is my misfortune that I got to know about that at the very last moment, so I definitely will visit this place soon and attend his session where he explains the whole process of making tea. The other staff are also very polite and helpful. The foods they serve are simple yet awesome in taste. I would definitely suggest all nature lovers visit this place, and I promise you will fall in love with it just like me.

Tathagata Farm has provided me with the most soothing and relaxing trip of the year. Located in such a mesmerizing yet hidden place, it is the perfect destination for people who want peace and quiet from the daily hustle and bustle of the city life. The hospitality is beyond what I can state here, as the owner Navin ji ***** with all the other people in the farm have been so hospitable to all of us. The ambience is to die for, the food is great, the views are amazing and the people are the best. All in all, this for me is truly the go to destination whenever I seek peace and relaxation. Perfect is a word I rarely use, but it is just perfect. Don't go in there if you're all you're looking for is a fancy hotel or resort, go there to truly experience what it is to be in touch with nature and with the quaint, rural life of the villages. Do go for some tea testing sessions and fishing as well.. Thank me later!

The place itself is very relaxing.... The surrounding over there is eye catching, if you love tea well it is most recommended.... Food is amazing and you can cook yourself too. For people like who love's to drink and chill it is most suitable...

What a very nice experience it has been. So relaxing between the trees, birds and other animals. Did some hikes to tea-plantations, learned about the art of the Darjeeling tea and of course I’ve tasted great tea at Navin’s, the owner of this wonderful farm. Not to forget the utter friendly lady and husband who did the breakfast, tea and dinners. I had a lovely week, especially in preparation of the upcoming hassle of Delhi and Varanasi Thanks again to the people of the farm!

Beautiful place, the service is really good. Mr. Navin our host gave us a great glimpse of handcrafted tea making. We had a wonderful time near the falls.The picnic there is a good memory we will cherish.

Staying at Tathagata Farmhouse was a lifetime experience. I still reminisce the serene moments, especially during the morning breakfast, with the freshly made local dishes. The dogs were so cute, they literally guided us all thoughout the trail up to the waterfall. I will always remember Mr. Tamang and his crew for their wonderful arrangements, and the warmth of true local flavor.

The entire property is located in a very beautiful serene location,indeed I just can't explain the impact this tour had on my soul.It was rejuvenation overall.The hospitality,the food,the tea Maki g session with Nabin bhai the owner of this farm house was such a memorable experience 😀 ❤️ 💙 😊.
