Overall experience was very good. Excellent gesture of all staff including restaurant staff and room cleanliness was very good and location was also very good as it near by tiger hill famous sunrise point and also near to ghum railway station .

Stay here was good Nice staff Behaviour of Rabina a was very impressive. She is very humble and poilet all over hospitalty was superb.we enjoyed stay here. The place had a nice view and staff were very helping especially ,gyaltchen , ashika, furlaki , prayash and many others

The facility is very good. The staff and services are amazing and the food was top notch...Must visit place. Aswika, Kapil, Nirjal and amardeep are too amazing. There is a live performance and the guy who was singing was too good. I recommend this place if anyone is planning a trip to Darjeeling.

Mount Lungta ,It has been a wonderful stay. Rooms were cozy and clean! Staff were very humble and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Nirjal , Ms. Aswika and Mr. Amardeep for the nice stay at the hotel. Food was also good, worth mentioning. Willl definitely bee back. Thank you

Nice experience. Bathroom slippers dental kit should be added. Netflix and other ott not recharged. Restaurant service was good. Staff behaviour nice. Location of hotel was very good Thnks you. Check in 15.02.2025 Check out 17.02.2025.

The hotel resides almost in a hill top. The ambience and the interior of the hotel is really good. Room is of enough space. washroom is very neat. Staffs are very friendly and Humble. We have good option in food. We have very good wifi connectivity.

Rating: 4 out of 5 Pro: Good location: walking distance from Ghoom railway station and Ghoom Monastery. Room: Clean room, Amazing view from Hotel Balcony. Staff: Well behaved staffs. Con: They mentioned parking available but thats not true. I parked my bike outside of Hotel.
