My wife and I have been staying ten days in full comfort and adventure. And that is why, unlike many guests who generally sit on the grounds of the term care, we used the Hotel as a wonderful support base, to turn in the radius of more than 100 km, wonderful naturalist and landscaped places. But we come to the description of the hotel that we thought ordered very clean and furnished with the right sobriety in the details. The discreetly large room has all the comforts and everything works and ordered. The hotel has many beautiful places to stay and relax, from the Hall, to open-air lounges in the garden with fontanella, a comfortable tivu room and a great gym, pool and more. The beautiful room is the tables equipped with elegant and professionalism as well as the service and availability of staff and gentle owners. We feel like advising this Hotel Diana to all, not only to who uses the term, but also to who like us like to make trekking, see mountains, lakes, and so many suggestive villagers. I had a room with a dream view of the doom. The room and the bathroom I found relatively old. The air conditioning had not even much performance against the heat. The whole building worked inside like a time machine in the 1930s. But: All staff at the hotel were really very friendly and helpful. That was great class.

I stayed at Hotel Igea in July 2022 and found it very difficult to find any fault. My room wasn't anything superior, just a normal room, but found it more than spacious, the bathroom was also very spacious. The curtains were very thick to ensure darkness when the sun comes up, large HD TV, mini-fridge which was very welcome in the climate and bed was comfy. The only negative sides about the hotel room was one or two areas of dust in high places which had clearly been continually missed and no bedside power sockets for charging devices. Staff were very friendly and professional, were more than happy to hold my luggage after checking out and the hotel restaurant is also an excellent standard with large, good quality portions. Very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a good value for money. If I return to Brescia, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, the room is good all over but the beds and kitchens are not perfectly clean. The location is quite central and the parking is free and comfortable. The Spa is a little too expensive, I think we haven't tried it

Just back from wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate our friends birthday. We had 2 rooms superior lake view rooms with balcony. The rooms were clean, big and had a fridge the balcony accommodated all 5 of us for evening sun downers. The staff were friendly, kind and informative and went out of their way to help us have a good time. The restaurant had great pizzas and the 4 course evening menu was extensive and far too much but usually always something to enjoy. Luca and team in the restaurant worked so hard but always with a smile. The situation of the hotel couldn’t be better fantastic views and easy walk to centre where you can explore the old town, marina, bars and shops. We had a beautiful day taking the boat to the island in the lake, Monte Isola few hours there a beer and a walk which is a must. The boat gave us glimpses of other villages on the lake as it did drop offs. All in all a great break and would recommend.

We stayed here because the other place we were at was completely unacceptable. When I called to check on a room, ”Enzo” took great care of us. He put us in a king suite. It was clean and every necessity was there. We were there in winter, so we didn't use either of the pools, but we did get a good meal at the attacked Indian restaurant. Thank you Enzo.

I stayed here for one night ahead of a trip on the Bernina Express. Firstly, I’d have to comment on the fact that, despite its name suggesting otherwise, the hotel is not really that central. It may be reasonably central to what was the old town of Tirano, but it is quite a bit further from the railway station (the main attraction for most visitors, I’d imagine) than many of its competitors. If, like me, you’re trailing heavy luggage behind you, then be aware it’s a good 7-10 minute walk across uneven, cobbled streets with few pavements. All of that said, the hotel was quiet, very clean and generally well presented. Decorative finishes in the bedroom were somewhat dated but the bed itself was very comfortable. A hospitality tray with kettle, a well-stocked mini bar and a decent rain shower were good features. Breakfast was very pleasant but did not offer much in the way of choice of some items, with the bread offering and fresh fruit selections being somewhat limited. Like many hotels these days, a key card is required to operate the room’s powered services such as lighting and ventilation. In public areas, motion sensors do the job. The slightly annoying thing about this property is that the lights seemed to go out nano seconds after passing through a previously unlit area or removing the key card to exit the room. Whilst saving energy and keeping costs low is clearly important for everyone, this felt over zealous and somewhat stingy. Finally, my biggest criticism of the Hotel Centrale would be the exceptionally early checkout time of 10.00am. Bearing in mind that that this hotel rates itself as a 4-star property, this seems an unreasonably early hour to expect guests to have quit their accommodation. Even most budget hotels these days afford guests a checkout time of closer to mid day . Overall, a comfortable enough stay but with some issues which might make me less inclined to either return myself or recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located on the nearby road to the centre, so comfortable to visit the city, walking. The informal and tendency-based environment has been voted on the modern approach to the offer of services. The room is not very large and has essential furniture that is comfortable for one night. Clean room. Adequate and clean bathroom.
