What a perfect hotel. A perfect location within easy walking distance of a choice of lovely beaches. The facilities and food were outstanding. Every member of staff was professional, friendly and worked so hard for the guests. My husband even received a hand written card and a bottle of fizz as the receptionist noticed it was his birthday on check in. The rooms, hotel grounds, pool , bar and restaurant are all clean and beautifully maintained . We are looking forward to returning next September so much.

Lovely small boutique hotel with friendly efficient staff. Good location near to 3 nice beaches and several bus stops to Chania town. Room itself was clean and modern, only downside was the location at the back of hotel by the road with no balcony as such and a view of the stairwell. (Room 104). The very helpful Anthony offered us alternatives but we declined as the rooms were smaller. So we stayed put. Bar and pool areas have nice vibe. Breakfast was a good choice but the hot food was lukewarm at best. We did not eat in the restaurant.

The best, most relaxing holiday I've ever had! Such a fantastic, chlled vibe around the place, with friendly attentive staff who were a credit to the hotel. 5 minute walk to 3 different beaches, my favourite being Sunset beach which, as the name suggests, is the perfect place to watch the sun set. A beautiful place and one we will be returning to in future.

Just got back from a week here having visited Crete last year and wanted to try a different part of Crete this year! This hotel is marvellous, good location, very close to the beach (literally 5 mins walk), shops, and various beach bars and restaurants in the area. However, it's not in an overly touristy developed area, so you aren't accosted by people trying to get you into their bar whenever you walk around! The rooms are fantastic and kept very clean, the breakfast is brilliant with a great selection of hot food and fresh eggs done in a variety of ways plus the usual fruit, yoghurt, and pastries etc. Dinner is also excellent -it's not a buffet but an actual menu and you can have 3 courses (incl dessert) as half board. I would comment (similar to other reviews) that if you're here for more than a week you may struggle as the menu is the same each night apart from Greek night on Saturdays. But we enjoyed everything we ate! The bar by the pool is absolutely fantastic and does a great selection of snacks/salads/sandwiches if you require, plus the drinks selection is great. The staff are what made our holiday exceptional - special mention to Petros, Rafail, Eva, and Olga who were quite possibly the best hotel staff we've had the fortune to be served by. They were welcoming, honest, fun, friendly, and efficient. They deserve all of the accolades and rewards for doing their jobs fantastically and we wish them every success in their future careers/lives! Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

Beautiful experience from check in to check out , super friendly staff always going out of their way for a little chat if you want and all seem genuinely happy to work here which adds to the chilled atmosphere, lovely clean modern rooms , towels changed daily and they always smelled so nice on return ! Breakfast was full of great choice a lovely start to the day we ate out every evening purely because we enjoy the Greek tavernas by no means a reflection of the hotel. Four lovely beaches within 10 minutes walk the nearest and our favourite blue flag beach being just 3 minutes away , the hotel provides beach and pool towels. We caught the bus into Chania city a couple of times 2 euros per person, they run every 10 minutes and a taxi back was 15 euros including a tip , Chania is a beautiful city full of good restaurants and bars and shopping. Overall we had an incredible stay and can recommend the hotel 100% , thank you to everyone involved, we would live to return in the future.

Booked a superior room at the Airis to chill near the beach after a few days in Chaniá city. Beautiful hotel, peaceful and absolutely stress free. Reception team were kind and friendly, the room was gorgeous and the bar/pool area was very pleasant and relaxing. We didn’t have any problems getting sunbeds. Towels are provided at reception for the pool and beach. Breakfast is very good, with a range of different options each day. There are low key beaches nearby with small cafes, sunbeds, toilets, showers, lifeguards and safe swimming. We enjoyed both Anemos beach and Yannis beach. I’d recommend this hotel if you want to completely switch off, but also want to take the short bus ride into the wonderful city of Chania.

Hotel clean, well-kept, friendly staff. However, some things do not correspond to a 4-star hotel, but rather to a 3-star hotel. The hotel is located next to a campsite and behind a soccer field. Little greenery. Noisy rooms. Several rooms have a poor view: Rooms with sea view have more of a soccer field view, parking lot view, stairwell view, kitchen view, construction site view, side street view. Constant fan noise in the bathroom, which cannot be switched off with the light switch. Breakfast buffet in a cramped, noisy, unattractive, canteen-like basement. No table for more than 4 people. Few places outside, between the blocks of flats. Breakfast buffet not worthy of 4 stars. Half board à la carte: If you choose half board, the dinner is good but monotonous, the menu is the same every evening and repeats itself, so that you get tired of it if you stay several days. Therefore half-board not recommended. Poor value for money, no goodwill from reception, uncompromising. Due to personal events one person in our group was unable to travel. The receptionist initially said yes to a refund of the half board, but this should be done via Booking. However, when we called Booking, the manager had changed his mind and claimed to Booking that this was not true. I would not book this hotel again.

+ : Very friendly cleaning and restaurant staff who do everything they can to ensure that hotel guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and so is the entire hotel complex. There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. - : The price is not appropriate for a 4* hotel. An adjustment of the price and a 3* award would probably be more appropriate for the hotel services. There are no elevators in the entire hotel complex. Breakfast is a little short on choice for a 4* hotel. In addition, you sit in the courtyard between the buildings and not by the pool like at dinner. The dinner was very monotonous if you stay more than a week and waa always prepared with the same taste. They should offer a little more variety for hotel guests with half board, especially for the rather high charged prices. There was a bright green light above the door in our room. Previous vacationers had even tried to reduce the brightness with plasters. In addition, the fan in the bathroom makes constant noise and cannot be switched off. You can hear it at night despite the bathroom door being closed. The TV is quite small and outdated. In addition, the manager is not very accommodating when it comes to find a common solution or an appeal. The answer to the fan problem was to switch off the fan from a central unit guests cannot access. However, after a few days it was running again at full speed again. Due to personal events, one person in our group was also unable to make the trip. The manager initially claimed a refund, but thaat this should be done via Booking. However, when we called Booking, the manager changed his mind and claimed to Booking that this was not true and that he had already issued a drinks voucher per evening for one person as a gesture of goodwill. We were not even reimbursed for the food we didn't use. Very sad, not very customer-orientated and apparently not interested in the customer coming back.

Relax! you've made a outstanding choice for your break, outstanding service from outstanding people, with a natural ease and warmth of hospitality, from Dishwasher to Director. 'Yep I said Hi to everyone' The food is great quality, from Breakfast, Pool or Evening dining and the Pool bar is a friendly and relaxed Hub. Plenty of choice next to the Pool, Hotel provides towels for the duration, our room was spotless and the daily service was fantastic. Thank you to all the team, there are too many to mention by name, we had a wonderful stay. Take the 21 bus from bus stop 16 (round corner from Hotel) into Chania 2e each, get off next to Mousouron Street (not the bus Station) and walk down to the Old Venetian Port (there is a ticket booth 20 mts from the bus stop you can buy tickets for the week you'll save, or alternatively just buy tickets on the bus for the one trip, cash or contactless) the route is easy, no time at all, and great fun.
