The staff were very pleasant, helpful and always doing their best to make the guests comfortable. The rooms were very cozy and clean, with working TV, mini fridge and aircon. The toilets were very clean and sanitized and towels also smelled like they have been washed well. I liked that the hotel was in the middle of the city with close access to a variety of important places, restaurants and shopping. What i didn't like though was that there was a lot of noise around my room as cleaning staff were busy cleaning other rooms and making lots of noises and banging doors. Also i was in a non smoking room and i could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I asked for reception to change my room, which they did.

The environment is beautiful, the beach is out, free parking, airport transfers are charged, which is in the suburbs. This hotel has full service facilities, including massage, fitness, swimming, karaoke, etc., and general English conversation!

I have been ordering cakes for various celebrations and it has always been an awesome experience with friends and families enjoying the cakes. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Chef Pankaj who recently made the doll cake for my little princess just the way I wanted and making it very special for her. The taste was absolutely awesome too. I have never gone wrong ordering cakes from Four Points and highly recommend. One of the best cake place in town. Indian shop, very close to the government building, surrounded by houses under construction, people are not so dense, but relatively safe, occasionally power outages, parking lots, rooms are very large, the bathroom is also very good, there is a small single room single bed You can live with a babysitter or a driver. Good location, 15 minutes walk from the beach, even in CBD, the service staff are very warm and polite, the breakfast is very good, the 360-degree restaurant on the top floor is still a bit poor from other introductions, the overall hardware is similar to the domestic express hotel, After the first day I entered the door, I suspected that I was wrong. The small lobby, the front desk of a service staff, and the domestic holiday are not comparable.
