"Check in and check out is disgusting It takes a while only 1 receptionist available When checking out there was 1 guest who was checking in who took so long when we we’re about 4 waiting with only 1 receptionist Plse don’t be mean add others when I was checking in it was the same  If your planning to check out and your in a hurry better leave early or you will be late"

"The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, just over 20 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was also good, quite generous for Africa. The price was reasonable, the decor was relatively new, and there were some personal touches, like the paintings on the headboard walls. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future."
