Receptionist was very friendly and nice. Food terrible both breakfast and lunch. Don’t eat there. In the restaurant waiters could be more friendly, the girls working there seams so sad.

Relatively middle-priced hotel in dar, room is large with large bed and separate toilet and shower. Staff are nice. First day of arrival the air conditioner was not working and they immediately asked someone to fix. And the restaurant was good in my expectation, it closes at 11pm and I can still order food at 1030pm. The only improvement is that the WiFi is poor, almost no connection in my room.

I have stayed here for 3 nights and was charged 3 times {9nights}. I have been in touch with them back and forth for 2 months now. They have been promising me a refund that never happens. Please be careful when you use your credit card or debit, make sure you double-check your transactions. PS. still waiting for my refund.

Value for price, as it's not exorbitant in pricing for the room. 1. Clean room with AC & TV 2. Balcony 3. A bit noisy outside though 4. Helpful receptionist 5. Breakfast is good with 5 choices - Mushroom salad, fruits, bread and accompaniments, boiled eggs.
