The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, with complete facilities, clean and tidy. It is a hotel with an office building. It's very close to the pier, about less than 2 kilometers. The hotel service staff are warm and thoughtful. Because I don’t understand the language, I rely on mobile apps to book rooms, book cars, and ask for directions.

The food was truly amazing. Coming back home and tasting the food here, I just wanted to go back to the hotel and have the delicious meals prepared by the chef. Need the brownie recipe Overall experience was great. Staff were nice, welcoming and helpful

Excellent hospitality, great food. Simply a good place to relax and work from! The transfer from Airport to Hotel and back were seamless. Despite the shortness of the visit access to many facilities of interest like the Gymkhana Club Golf and many other places was a walking distance away!
