From the reception door the service was pathetic. Had a delayed flight which made us arrive at the hotel after 1am.....The security guard was sleeping together with the lady at reception.....The lady at reception had a stinking attitude and gave us a room which was smelly and had a leak in the bathroom. We had to ask for a change and the next one had 1 bed yet i specifically asked for 2 single beds.....We then later settled for another room but the experience was horrible. If possible please rremove that hotel from your list of possible hotels to stay in that area.

Check your room before you pay. Three of our four rooms were great but then the last room the air conditioning didnt work, cable didn’t work, telephone didn’t work to call down, side tables were brought in the second day. I called down to have the AC checked and nobody came up. Breakfast is fine. It’s edible. Make sure to turn on the switch for hot water and there is good pressure and hot water. Wifi worked well for us. I just wished I had checked a few things before settling. Maybe could have gotten a room with air conditioning. Fortunately it wasn’t unbearably hot but it was stuffy. Close to things but there aren’t many things to do in Zanzibar. We did order the butter chicken and it was nice. They made it not spicy for the kids. Wish I had tried the samosas.

it very good service . It is very precaution maintain in rainbow hotel in dar es salaam. in hotel sanitizer available room, reception counter, distance maintenance mark in lift in hotel area. I am stay in hotel 24th Sept 2020. i stay in hotel very well. enjoy good service staff is good. cleaning maintain at each room.

Dirty, Very dirty, could not stay in the room for a minute. The room had a horrible smell, the bed and the sheets were dirty, the furniture was very old and worn out, the AC was extremely noisy, and the toilet was not clean. Unbearable I checked in, went to the room, and left shortly after because I couldn’t stay in those conditions. The hotel refused even a partial refund. Would not recommend. I would not stay for free in this place.
