是個民宿，沒有前台，需要電話微信溝通。重點是退按金很墨跡，十一點多退房並告訴了門口的保潔阿姨了，問按金一拖再拖，一直催促到下午四點多才給，很不靠譜，再也不想去了

衞生除了表面，其他的衞生堪憂，床單下面全是別人的體毛，就一層薄薄的床單分開，打掃衞生不換浴巾，而且房間衹有一條浴巾一條毛巾，至於一次性浴巾，看評論的人自己看了心裏有個數，床頭靠的地方夾着別人的指甲。。。。

衞生環境都可以，樓下就是萬達，可能是此棟樓民宿過多導致電梯上下樓很多人（外賣小哥居多），有些影響體驗感，房間裝修很有風格，主題也很鮮明，美中不足的是廁所抽水馬桶水箱不進水，溝通後沒有及時派人修理，（房東態度一直很好，臨走還贈一瓶兩元礦泉水），導致體驗打些折，總體感受是還不錯可以住，但有提升空間。

雲島鶴川 設施陳舊 洗澡噴頭勁也不大 洗的很不舒服 廁所總有嗡嗡聲 好像做飛機 洗手池漏電 隔音差 帶樓梯的關了燈一點都不友好 頭次聽説一次性馬桶墊 礦泉水還收錢 服務差 退按金墨跡一下午 不打電話按金都不退 差評！！
