滿意的是當晚的前台阿姨很熱心，告訴了附近的早餐，步行三四分鐘，而且樣式很多，就在不遠的小區口，經濟實惠。還有就是房間温度非常高，差不多得到27度，晚上熱的睡不着，開了會兒窗户，淋浴熱水充足。帶孩子一起，給多提供了一套衞浴用品，還有方便筷子，很感謝！有待提高之處，首先是衞生清掃不徹底，床鋪上有碎頭髮，洗臉池裡有頭髮和化粧殘留的斑點，最致命的是隔音很差。後半夜一點隔壁入住了幾個年輕女孩子可能是伴娘，參加同學婚禮的。説話聲大，房間中間是簡易隔斷，一點都不隔音，隔牆喊了句公主們説話小點聲，後來公主們降低音量了，但是仍然有聲音，不隔音是硬傷。還有一點就是不贈送礦泉水，而且屋裡桌子上擺的農夫山泉並沒有貼價格簽，以為是免費的，進屋渴了就擰開了，才看到擺在旁邊的消費價格表裡礦泉水是三元一瓶。再有就是衞生間洗澡的下水效果不好，但是熱水温度夠，量也足，只是洗一會兒水都快淌到衞生間外邊了，最後一點待提高的就是衞生間的燈和排氣扇集成到一個開關上了，但是排氣扇聲音特別大，轟轟的讓人總是擔心一會兒會掉下來，還不能單獨關掉，習慣住賓館開衞生間的燈。最後，因為只是入住了一晚，趕飛機，這只是個人的感受，不一定有代表性，希望這家賓館以後能更好！本來拍了照片的，可不知道是系統的事還是手機的問題，明明允許去哪實用期間訪問相冊，可還是添加不了照片，最終衹能作罷了。

洗頭膏還有一天過期，沐浴露的袋子上不知道沾了什麼黏糊糊的黃色的老噁心了，洗手池裡有上一任房客的毛髮，拖鞋小的可憐，成年男性根本穿不進去，窗户距離居民樓特別近，晚上會被看的一清二楚的，必須拉窗簾，你猜我為啥多花幾十塊錢選擇有窗户的，被逼着拉窗簾，熱水機容量小的可憐，洗澡洗一半沒熱水了，冬天洗澡洗一半沒熱水了！！！！！唯一還可以的就是取暖還行，屋裡不冷，這個價位完全可以選擇其他品牌的酒店，可以得到更好的居住體驗

走廊黑暗，沒有開燈。
酒店環境比較嘈雜。
這間旅館比鄰近賓館較為優勝的，是有lift及大堂會幫忙收件。
附近有兩間大超市
