房間衞生差。樓下很吵，像是風機，一會嗡一下，根本睡不着。店員態度也不好，12點退房，説來大慶跑馬拉松延遲到14點退也不答應，朋友定的賓館知道是來大慶跑馬拉松就答應14點退的。

衞生間地漏反味很臭，燈太暗，加上牆瓷磚是黑色的，照鏡子都看不清，熱水也少，洗臉池熱水的水流太小了。被子太薄了，是夏天的小薄被，晚上睡覺冷死了第二天醒來就肚子疼拉肚子，耽誤了考試。牀頭櫃的充電口還不好使，一看都沒連電線，兩個都是假的。
