I booked a hotel for business trip, and I really didn't expect that it was better than a five-star hotel.
Facilities: smart, a little warm
Hygiene: very clean and tidy
Environment: relatively soft and warm

The shower in the room had a very small flow. Fortunately, I contacted the front desk and asked a technician to fix it. The bathtub was a layer of dust because no one had lived in it for a long time. Although the facilities were poor, I felt that the service was still very positive.

Bad review! I originally trusted Ctrip's service and booked it for my friend. Now it's so cold in Daqing, I can't even turn on the air conditioner, and there are hidden charges. The price of tea is not clearly marked, and I drank one can but was charged for two cans. I feel very frustrated and angry about the service process of this store. It is completely untrustworthy and unrecommended. Is it because of group buying that the service standards are lowered? I don't know how the platform is regulated. It hurts the consumers' hearts. Can we still trust you in the future?
