辦理入住，前台人員明明電腦就能辦理入住一兩分鐘就能完事，非得在拿我們的證件跑那個自助機器那辦理，大熱天的再加上都大包小包的多耽誤事啊，還有就是早餐，早餐是真的差啊，東西沒有了不補，再就是早餐吃完不到倆小時就能馬上拉肚子，不止我一個人我們同行5個人全拉了。

很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意進屋沒多久一個電話進來了説是機器人外賣但是我沒有點外賣是機器人送錯了這是第一次打擾了我的休息。接着不大一會又有人敲門説是保潔也不説幹什麼一直在敲門，因為我是自己所以對這些有點敏感害怕在我剛要回答的時候保潔直接刷卡沒有經過我的同意直接進了我的屋子我沒有讓前台幫我叫保潔打掃房間保潔沒有道歉就離開了，我自己住我很害怕，這是第二次打擾我。第三次我點了外賣，説是有機器人送，我等了半天一個男的（不是外賣員）敲了我的門告訴我外賣到了，我很大聲音説了房門口在我的記憶中他是説了一句“好的”接着又敲我門説了一句外賣，我又回答了一遍他才把外賣放在了門口，我沒明白一定要我開門拿了你才能走嗎？我不敢開門萬一是壞人怎麼辦？最後一次是在我晚上休息睡覺的時候，睡覺前我關閉了電視，結果後半夜電視突然亮了，又打擾到了我的休息，直接把我晃醒了，這是第三次打擾我的休息。真的沒住過這麼差勁的酒店，還是連鎖的，以後再也不會住這裏了真的很差
