設施絕對沒問題畢竟新的，但是竟然讓我碰到在國內延遲一分鐘也要收錢的酒店，工作日大量空房的情況下，這個教訓我記着了，以後可能會有延遲需求的會提前電話酒店問下，不給免費的不訂就是了，呵呵。還有服務不是一句機械式的：你好，就是有服務了。

從未給過差評，第一個差評送給你們酒店，沒住過讓人這麼窩火的漢庭。
剛入住就發現電視不好使，黑屏，給前台打電話，説馬上讓工程師上來修，等了半個小時沒人來，下去找前台，這才有人跟我去房間處理電視，結果是屏顯壞了。又去前台，換房間，新房間進來一股煙味兒，沒關係，我開窗户通通風。定了外賣，接到外賣選電話15分鐘後機器人依然沒有送上樓，給前台打電話，説機器人在樓上正在送，等機器人回來馬上給我們送，很好，又等了10分鐘，忍無可忍下樓發現，機器人就在充電處，這時前台沖出來跟我説不好意思剛才太忙了，忙不過來可以多僱幾個前台，僱不到人可以不開店。最離譜的是第二天早上起來發現停水停電，沒有任何解決和補償辦法，這店我這輩子不會再去第二次了。前台態度很好，但是空有態度，沒有服務，體驗極差，全是雷點。

這家房間非常讓人滿意，整體空間大，乾淨衞生，入住的比較晚了，沒有怎麼看到服務人員早上有走得比較早，但是有前台一直在隨叫他就會隨到房間非常非常的好，燈光比較亮，視野開闊，窗户也比較大，同樣是漢庭，這家酒店就非常優秀
