The service is terrible. The front desk staff is invisible. They sit at the front desk eating sunflower seeds, not wearing work clothes, and are indifferent. It's like a small hotel. When you enter the lobby, it doesn't feel like a hotel. The sign outside is big and intimidating, but it's actually a B&B. The elevator is not dedicated and is shared with the residents in the building. The hygiene is worrying. The hygiene in the room is too poor. Everything is too bad. How dare you charge this price? The service is not as good as B&Bs that cost only a hundred or eighty yuan.

這次帶着媳婦和孩子出門，在網上選擇了百湖城市酒店。説實話，原本對三星級沒抱太高期望，但入住後的體驗真是出乎意料的好，甚至可以説一個三星酒店讓我們住出了四星、乃至五星的感受！必須給個全五星好評！客房服務超貼心，因為孩子年紀小，酒店從客房到餐廳再到前廳的工作人員，都對孩子展現出了極大的耐心和關愛。這份細心的照顧，讓我們全家都感到無比温暖和放心。強烈推薦給帶孩子的家庭和所有追求高性價比優質服務的旅客！下次來百湖，這裏絕對是我們的首選！👍👍👍

入住體驗超讚，房間整潔，床品舒適，早餐健康美味。離附近幾所大學都挺近的。房間天貓精靈全屋智能。樓上還有會議室可以看書自習。性價比超高，下次還會選擇這裏！
