房間很好 很乾凈 温泉洗浴很開心 有兩張澡票 還有早餐 早餐也是自助的 還有毛巾贈送 裏面的浴品也很齊全 有機會還會再去的.

房間裏煙味太重，太燻人了，放了好久也放不出去，早上領家人吃早餐，吃出來了兩塊朔料包裝袋子的皮，還有頭髮，太噁心啦，長者就沒吃，和管理人員反應情況就像沒説一樣，好像我們是故意找事一樣，

第一次去大慶，按照這裏推薦的排名定的酒店，原來以為洗浴和酒店是分開的，結果都在一起，電梯都是公用裏面一股澡堂味，裝修是老式的，下水味道特別大，非常刺鼻的氨氣味，開了半天窗户都沒放出去，進去先要了五百按金，我是送完行李出去辦事沒在裏面多待，晚上八點才回去發現各種問題也沒法退，沒有免費的瓶裝水，裏面的水價格在下圖，拖鞋是打電話要的，電話是壞的勉強能聽到一點聲音，馬桶沖水的時候水直接能濺起來到馬桶圈上，還好用了一次性馬桶墊還換了好幾次，淋浴漏水到花灑那就能剩三分之一水，其餘都順着管子漏下去了，第一次評價寫這麼多字，太差勁了。

房間與介紹一致，大門，前台服務特別好，特別是保安，三層服務員太負責了，有了他們，好評5分，温泉洗浴很好，推薦。住宿一定要住這樣酒店。

單人洗浴門票:温泉洗浴環境還是不錯的，提供全套洗漱用品，24小時開放住店期間隨時可以去泡湯
但是不得不吐槽的奇葩事件有幾樁：
1、房間居然不可以從裡邊反鎖，以為是我那間鎖壞了要求換房，居然被告知大多數房間都是這樣，鎖修過後就反鎖不上了！我後來因為水池漏水換了一間房間，驗證了確實如此！這太離譜了，不明白為何會這樣？雖然每樓層都有24小時值班人員及監控
2、既然鎖都修過了那怎麼可能是2023年開業的呢？
3、我下午2點多就去登記入住了，但並沒有進房間檢查設施狀況，酒店介紹寫着2013年新開業的啊！晚上泡湯前已在温泉那裡完成了全套洗漱，回房間後衹是刷了牙，結果水漏到了便器旁邊！讓三層服務員過來看，並要求換房間，她居然先看水從哪裡漏的！難道打掃衞生時不用洗臉盆嗎？！我提前辦理入住不就是想能分配一個沒問題的房間嗎？前台卻給了一個有問題還偏僻的房間！我定的不是特價房啊！我怒了發脾氣了才給我換房間！結果新房間濃重的煙味撲鼻而來，整個晚上都不得已開窗通風開窗睡覺的！
4、晚上9點左右發現漏水後出門找服務員，開門後緊挨着房間門口竟然坐着一個男子！當時着實嚇到了！定睛一看原來他在他房門口看書？房間筒燈枱燈等燈光特別明亮，他怎麼反而選擇在昏暗的樓道里、還端一把椅子坐在緊鄰隔壁房間門口那裡看書？！！！

去開房時候特意説因為帶了很小小孩和長者麻煩給個安靜的房間，戴眼鏡的前台男給了我們淘氣堡樓下的房間，等我去問他時候，他一句抱歉沒有，還理直氣壯説，因為沒有顧客跟反應過，甚至他們大堂經理還維護説，他特意給我們找的安靜房間，而事實是，我問前台男服務員時候，他都不知道我們房間具體位置，還特意打電話問的，淘氣堡樓下都有哪幾間房，那吵得，半夜快十一點了才停，早上不到八點又開始！沒人管！還態度特別差！我們房間電話根本不好使，隔壁長者房子空調不好使，屋裡連個一次性拖鞋都沒有！
