Eastern Shore Motel

1. Found 2 cockroaches upon entering. 2. Room reeked of cigarettes. 3. TV only has 1 channel (Religious channel) 4.Needed two more towels for a family of 4 and was given the response of “We don’t have any more towels” 5. Other guests were using the public staircase as a drying rack to dry their clothes. 6. Bathroom door’s lock is broken. 7. Shower gives a good 30 seconds of hot water before running out and giving cold water instead. 8. Only 2 tiny pillows per bed. 9. Whole outside smells like garbage (Probably the dumpster 3 feet away from the rooms) The best part was leaving the place. Thank god i’m only passing by.

1st room we got we had to change rooms cause the roof was leaking. But we were moved immediately and gave us another room brought us an extra towel the ac worked perfectly.Water was hot. Very close to restaurants and gas stations. The guy at the desk was friendly. Close to alots of things. I would definitely stay again. Family friendly. Pet friendly we had a good stay all the way around.

Good stay Very friendly front desk. Good coffee in the morning. Beds are a bit weird, making metal sounds when sitting down on them. But other than that really okay.

Loved the manager and staff! Everyone was outstanding!

Because I did not stand where the clerk wanted me to (behind a plexiglass wall), she got angry at me and said she would not give me the room and told me to leave.  I could not hear or understand what she was saying behind the plexiglass. Worst service and most rude I have ever seen in my life.  This place should not even be in business.  I was glad to leave.  Found a motel with excellent customer service and no plexiglass. Avoid this place at all costs.

Get what you pay for This was a very inexpensive stay for me but you get what you pay for…. The parking lot is very tiny/narrow making it impossible for two cars to pass each other while coming or going. My full size pick up did not fit when backed against the fence and stuck out so I worried about it being hit. There was a VERY loud thunk-thunk of metal every few hours all night - I think it might have been the dumpster to waffled house getting used? Young men spent hours hanging out drinking beer and chit chatting every night on the upstairs walkway. In other words - it was SUPER LOUD and I didn’t get a good night sleep any of the three nights I was there. But there are some good things - the vinyl floors and bathroom were clean. The mattress was doable though a bit hard. However- the towels were super thin (like dollar store thin) and the sheets were like burlap. Thank goodness I bring my own pillow - those pillows were flat and lumpy! The comforter was probably twenty years old and a queen on a king mattress so did not fit. I will not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel even when you are trying to be cheap and here just for business.
