店家是很漂亮的藏族小姐姐。房間也挺乾淨衞生的，提示我們有電熱毯，原以為夏天用不上，沒想到晚上下雨真的很冷幸虧有電熱毯，可能是房屋結構導致的不太保温?總體還是很不錯的，價格也划算，就是沒有早餐，而且在玉科其他地方也不知道哪能吃早飯。

即使是夏天 住在草原上 晚上沒暖氣也實在是太冷了。 蓋着被子+毯子 第二天我還是凍感冒了。 酒店在鎮子上的一個角落， 衞生是可以的 ， 小妹的服務也可以。 但是硬件實在是不值得這個價格。 床墊非常硬， 睡的不舒服。 熱水也是不穩定。

這裏的工作人員很熱情，下車就幫忙搬行李，孩子出現高發的時候，還馬上送來了氧氣瓶，還有布洛芬等！氧氣罐2瓶用完後（倆孩子高反）11點多又免費送來了2瓶！真的很感謝！

酒店距離玉科草原很近，大部分房型都能看到草原。不過友情提示，玉科草原海拔3600多米會有高反需要帶好氧氣瓶。

一個個獨立的小屋子，乾淨衞生，小姐姐的服務也好。但沒有空調也沒地暖，只有電褥子，晚上很冷。不負責早餐，在玉科草原不方便吃飯。
