Very friendly and helpful staff. They collected me from the bus station as no Didi was available. They also helped to organise my onward travel. The room was very nice. A great place for relaxing but not great as a solo traveller. They had no food suitable for one person and brought a vast amount of bread that mostly had to go to waste. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no buffet and what arrived was presented very nicely but not great. It was also ironic that for the location of the hotel for the dark skies there was so much light pollution from the walkway outside which didn't switch off until 3am and from various lights in the room that are glowing even without electric current.

Service was absolutely superb. Grace the butler was super helpful! Very clean, quiet and close to the parking lot for Daocheng Yading scenic area. Unfortunately, I had a flat tyre one of the days and staff made sure that it would get fixed. The hotel driver, Kevin, took the time to show me where the repair shop was (thankfully very close) and waited with me until he was confident that I was ok. The food was terrific - the only thing I did not like was that smoking is allowed absolutely everywhere. Very gross and disappointing that smoking is allowed in the restaurant.

Recommended by the wall crack, a very good hotel with meticulous service. We arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock from Aden. We were too tired. The account manager Ram delivered hot white fungus soup to our family of three and helped us carry our luggage to the room. I turned high and took me to a hotel with free oxygen on the first floor and excellent service. If the reaction is high, you can add 100 to let the hotel open oxygen, it works. Breakfast is also delicious.
