Highly recommend the restaurant. Breakfast was well stocked and replenished quickly. Staff were knowledgeable at checkin and had no issue registering foreigners.
Our room faced the rest of town, which happened to be a bar playing music on its terrace until late into the night. No fault of the hotel, just keep it in mind if you want an early nights sleep as you should request a room in the other building or simply facing away from town.
Shower was nice and hot with good pressure, bed was the nicest of our three week trip so far. Would happily stay here again - great food for dinner, helpful staff and excellent room.

Shangri-La is not a big town. As long as you are in the town, you can be considered to have a convenient location. There are many B&Bs in the town. As one of the few large hotels in the area, not only self-driving tourists, but also many small groups choose to stay in this hotel. Although the experience is not outstanding, it is stable and reliable.
Parking is convenient, and a large area in front of the door can be parked. There are many restaurants nearby, and you can almost reach most of the town in ten minutes on foot. The guest rooms are well-equipped but slightly old, with average space and good hygiene. If the shower room is upgraded, it may be better! This hotel provides breakfast. There are more guests staying on weekends, and it is not too noisy.

It is about 350m from the bus terminal. The facilities are a bit old, but the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is varied and slightly different every day. The food is delicious. I told them the day before that I would be leaving at 6am after three nights to catch the bus. They even prepared a packed lunch for me. I am grateful to the friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Yading.
