Absolutely disaster both in terms of service, cleanliness and no electricity. The staff if they come to work are absolutely useless. The worst hotel experience I have ever had in China. Reception empty, phone is never working

I was very satisfied with the room. I originally planned to stay for two days, but unfortunately I had high fever in Daocheng and had to leave early. The hotel front desk staff was very nice and even helped me breathe oxygen at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. Thank you again!
