設施：沒有吹風你敢信？
衞生：浴巾上有一根彎曲的毛毛。
環境：環境還好，樓下有吃的，也不吵。
服務：不好
浴巾不敢用，沒有吹風。我要是沒帶睡衣的話，衹有讓空調把我吹乾了。不會再住了。

如果想被質問的就去訂這個酒店吧，服務態度一點都不好，這幾年每次和男朋友都會住這個酒店。今年他們搞了個電梯就尾巴翹上天了，我們入住的時候直接上來就問我們在平台訂的多少錢，不夠的話要加錢，生怕少賺了我們的錢。還説裝了電梯就要漲價，又不是我讓你裝的電梯，我不走電梯也是可以的，本來作為酒店為消費者提供良好的住宿環境是酒店管理者的職責，怎麼就變成了伸手為消費者要錢的藉口。真的是很失望了，以後都不會再住這家酒店了，這些年在這個酒店住花了不下兩千，對待老顧客也是這樣生怕少賺錢。無語
