SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ESPECIALLY MISS SIAU QIN AND MISS SIAU YUEN. THE ROOM IS SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATION IS GOOD. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEAUTIFUL BEACHES. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AROUND THE AREA. TRANSPORT IS EASILY AVAILABLE. BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD, WITH ORIENTAL AND WESTERN SPREAD.

I am very satisfied👍🏼 Facilities: There is a gym, a teahouse, and a restaurant, but there is no beach in the city Hygiene: The room is very clean, and the bath towels, sheets, and quilt covers are very comfortable and clean. Environment: As soon as I entered the hotel, I was shocked by the luxurious lobby. The corridor was very spacious, but there was a building opposite the room we stayed in, so I didn't see much scenery. Service: The restaurant is a little expensive, but the dishes taste good. The breakfast variety is rich and the environment is also spacious. Special praise is given to the doorman Xiao Chen. It happened to rain in the morning when we left the hotel. Stay here for one night to see the ocean flower island and the light show. The hotel room had a great view and it's right next to the food street. You just need a short walk and you can see McDonald's or KFC and a bunch of restaurants. It is walking distance to the wedding manor where they were running the light show. The hotel bed was comfy and the TV had a number of free movies to watch!! We love the hotel breakfast spread. For some weird reason there were not a lot of tourists at night at the food street and outlet mall. It's just three of us and random couples down the road. The only thing that can be improved on is the service staff at the reception. The hotel does provide buggy rides but the frequency is one hour, so I wanted to ask about train rides and how to go about the area but they weren't too friendly, so we gave up and just walked around nearby. Overall quite happy with the short one night stay.
